WASHINGTON , D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Units: About 6,500 Distributor: Meijer, of Grand Rapids, Mich. Hazard: The glue connecting the candleholder could fail causing the candleholder to fall apart. This poses a fire and laceration hazard to consumers. Incidents/Injuries: None reported Description: The clear glass candleholders are vase-shaped and measure about 11-inches tall. "At Home with Meijer" is printed on a label on the bottom of the candleholders. Sold exclusively at: Meijer stores in the Midwest from September 2004 through November 2005 for about $8. Manufactured In: China Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled candleholders immediately and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.
