FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- Brooklyn, NY -- July 20, 2006 -- Sunny Lake Trading, Inc., 651A Lexington Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, is recalling Dried Potato because it may contain undeclared sulfites. People who have severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions if they consume this product.

The recalled Dried Potato, sold in six-ounce, clear, uncoded plastic bags, was sold in the Brooklyn, NY area.

The recall was initiated after routine sampling by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets food inspectors and subsequent analysis of the product by Food Laboratory personnel revealed the presence of sulfites in packages of Dried Potato that did not have sulfites declared on the label.
