REASON: Disney is recalling their "baby einstein" videos designed for babies 0-2, to avoid a class action law suit claiming "unfair and deceptive practices" relating to their popular "baby einstein" series, after the campaign for a commercial-free childhood filed a complaint with the ftc about baby einsteins marketing claims, citing the fact that

Disney is recalling their "Baby Einstein" videos designed for babies 0-2, to avoid a class action law suit claiming "unfair and deceptive practices" relating to their popular "Baby Einstein" series, after the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood filed a complaint with the FTC about Baby Einsteins marketing claims, citing the fact that there is no credible evidence that DVDs can educate infants.
