Disney is recalling their "Baby Einstein" videos designed for babies 0-2, to avoid a class action law suit claiming "unfair and deceptive practices" relating to their popular "Baby Einstein" series, after the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood filed a complaint with the FTC about Baby Einsteins marketing claims, citing the fact that there is no credible evidence that DVDs can educate infants.
Refunds include up to 4 videos, up to $15.99 in costs
