Wyndham Resorts - Time Share will not stop Automatic payments and send bill.
Wyndham resorts has lied to me extensively regarding stopping the automatic withdrawl from my checking for the time share I purchased. I have requested multiple times to have a bill sent to me and the automatic withdrawl stopped. I have been multiple times that I would recieve a bill for now on and the automatic payments would stop. They have never stopped the automatic withdrawls and I only recieve a bill once the payment is late. I also have heard everything from They could not stop the automatic payments, I had to send a letter, They would email me the form to stop it, I could fax it but not until months afetr stopping paying these people. I have never recieved an email at all even after being told I would recieve one twice. They have told me at least three times the problem was solved. I have been hung up on after agreeing to make a payment. This company is intentionally trying to make me angry while at the same time acting as though they are on the up and up. I would suspect that I am far from the first person to deal with this issue and have found other people online that have had lots of different problems with this company. Initially when I started having problems due to my not getting a bill in the mail I recieved many phone calls to my home asking to be paid but not one has solved the issue. This company has screwed with me so much when all I wanted was a paper bill to pay in a different way. Nobody should have their credit ruined or their peace at home disrupted because this company doesn't want to do honest business. Speak up about your problems with Wyndham. Lets put this corporation in check together.
