Direct TV - cable
After only 4 months of service the faulty converter broke. When I phoned Direct TV I was told I would have to pay for the shipping charges for the convertoer. When I received the convertoer I was infomred that my contract was now extended and additional year from the date of the converter. I was overcharged and debtos were placed and removed from my billing. When I tried to straighten the bill, I got no cooperation from customer service. In frustration I cancelled the service and was told I would still have to pay the year contract which I did not. I was placed in collections instead. They installed a faulty convertor, illiegally billed me for sending another convertor, then increased by montly rate by insalling a copy of a notice that my bill would be increased by 6.99 monthly,
