Geneva Roth continually debited my account for two months, who I tried to call and settle the pay advance. However, they never sent forms via email to settle. Continous debits. I have emailed and called, to no advail. Finally, closed my bank account and went to another bank. I am now getting calls that are almost considered threatening, stating a complaint has been filed with State of Indiana and that I need to return their phone call immediately with their case number. I called the phone number, which is the Geneva Roth Office. Never having been served with State of Indiana to appear in court, this company is in short offerring threats. I attempted to resolve with this agency, having paid their ammount three times over, but they offer poor services and do not respond. Now, I am getting threatening phone calls!
