My mail offers where revoked by a women named Tina Browne from customer relations dept who is employedby Harrah's Entertaintment in Atlantic City. She took something I e-mailed here completly out of context regarding the money I've lost in the casino and labeled me someone with a 'gambling problem.'I tried to clarify the statement made to clear it up to no avail. This was malicious move by the casino to get rid of me by discouraging
me to the point of discust because they don't want to deal with the real problems they have in many areas of Management.I have been gambling for 30 years and never exsperiences such a problem. The only way they can ban you of stop mailing, etc as far as I know if you start to talk crazy like your going to kill yourself because you lost all your money. This is not about money, this is about my displeasure with the way they treat me as a high roller. This again has nothing to do with asking for anymore than respect.I tried to use the money I lost to symbolize a point how as a Seven Star member of their casino and the way I'm to be treated is nothing more than a hoax. They have 4 levels of player cards Gold,Platinum,Diamond and Seven Star. This particular car is not easy to obtain unless you are playing big dollar machines. In my case I've played 500,100 and 25.I like to gamble like I've said,I'm doing this 30 years.I still have a savings account,I still pay my rent,I still pay my bills,I still have a car.For a casino to make such a determination on their own what I am am is a crime in itself.I know the only way they can stop you in a case like I mentioned above,is to let you sign a letter of consent. This practice has been going on for years ever since people tried to sue the casino for helping or letting them lose their money by enticing them with gifts, alchohol, cash back, gifts etc.I need a lawyer to fight for my good interest and good name involing this issue. If I win any monie damages and that's not what I want is money, all the proceeds I recieve would be immedialty signed to the lawyer.I am a man of principle.Any feedback would be appreciated.

If you're also a victim of this company, then submit your own Harrah''s Entertaintment complaint letter
