Case and Associates CFR insurance - Case and associates effort to rip off a visitor to their apartments
I injured myself on some poorly maintenance stairs. I was helping my brother move in, coming up the stairs I had to quickly maneuver around a broken step all while balancing boxes. I had to force myself to the next step that I didn't reach, falling to the broken step. Come to find out my brother when he went up the steps before me had stepped on that step and it caved in. I took pictures which indicate negligence on Case and Associates behalf. I went to the doctor and the they said that I had severely sprained foot and lower back. After submitting this to Case and Associates and they to their Insurance they are telling me that it was my fault. I don't see how its my fault when I come to a step that is broken, off balanced and forced to make a decision as to go to the next step or take even more of a risk to go to the bottom step. This took place approximately 2 12 weeks ago and I'm still in pain.
