direct tv - satellite tv service
I ordered direct tv from satellite sales in colorodo and was told i had 30 days to decide if i wanted to keep it,After 24hrs i was not satisfied at all! channels that suppose to be in package, were not.H.D. channels did not add up to as many as was told.Then i decided to check bank account> I was charged 39.99 for insurance on equipment from satellite sales (ok,if i would have kept it)127.38 for free equipment.Then i seen an 83.67 charge for services from direct tv.(total 251.04 before i actually received equipment) after canceling i received another draft of my account (564.14) for early termination.Contacted direct tv they stated that when equipment is activated your stuck paying regardless.Contract that was given to me from installer doesn't say nothing about this activated equipment clause.So for 815.18 you can have satellite tv for a day.I would like to file a class action on them i have about 7 people out of 10 that this has happened to the other three decided it was cheaper to stay with them for now. I have talk too a couple of complaint department that say it happens every day a lots. is there a law firm that can handle this.

direct tv is still sending me bills and will not fix this on going problem its been over a month.
