Panasonic - Haven''t replaced my item
I received a surrond sound system from Qvc 0n 6-3-08. After assembling it my wife gave me the remote to our suprize it didn't work it also made a grinding noise. So I called Qvc and they said to repackage it and send it back. I am a disabled veteran and I was looking forward to looking at and listen to some movies in surround sound. So I found a service center from Panasonics instructions. I brought to the service center on 6-6-08 and was told they would be contacting me. A week went by and I was told they were waithing on a replacement part which was on backorder and they were not sure it would work. So they agreed to replace the unit. Qvc said it was out of there hands and they would issue me a credit for 50.00 which I haven't seem yet. I am still getting charged from Qvc and it has been over a moth since this item has been in the repair shop waiting to be replaced
