CitiFinancial Services Inc. - Illegal Foreclosure
Continuious calling and harrassing.I too had received deferred payments and told they would be added at the end of the mortgage that proved to be untrue. I later filed Chapter 13. After having heart surgery, I had to come out of bankruptcy because of source of income. I was told by Citi that all the deferred payments were due and that foreclosure had been started. They would not try to accept any lesser payments and served me with court papers. Upon going to court I was told my house had been SOLD and I had two weeks to move. I had lived there for seventeen years. I had the papers showing the agreement but the house was already gone.........
