Expedia - Expedia Has Mislead Me
On February 22, 2008, I purchased through Expedia, a trip to Rome, airfare and hotel included. In addition, I purchased a vacation cancellation policy for an additional 39.
On April 11, 2008, I was struck by a car and suffered four broken bones in my feet. As a result I am unable to go on the trip.
I was informed by Expedia that Eurofly Airlines will not honor the voucher, nor will they issue a credit for a future trip.
Why did expedia sell me this insurance. I should have been told that no cancellation policy was available for this package.
Please let me postpone this trip for 6 months.
