CohenSlamowitz,,,,LLP - Put a judgement on me for no reason
4 months i had my bank account frozen and have been charged unfairly.. I told them this was a fraud account and they told me to send all the police reports and affividavits.. no one one never got back to me. they claimed they never recieved my papers and even faxed them as well. The employees hung up on me , yelled at me ridiculed me, and belittled me like i had no say on my own name i didnt understand this concept of helping people. I am a student and had no money and had to do something, so i had did research on fraud and i called the main creditor that sold my name and told them this was fraud. they contacted me within in a week and sent me a letter stating it was identity theft, but im still out of 300 cause of fees and had to wait for them to issue me a paper which they never sent still this day. They just keep lying and have you talk to every single person. I have been doing everything in my power to get help, and im glad to see its not just me with this problem...
