Centennial Wireless - My 6 days with Centennial cost me 95.86 and threats of hurting my credit score.
Last December I signed up for a 39 per month Centennial Wireless phone service. I canceled the contract after 6 days because I was dropping 8 out of 10 calls. Their customer service was the worst in any industry that I have ever dealt with. My first bill was for 300 and I had to settle 6 months later at 95.86 for my 6 days with them. It is amazing to me that 6 days with the worst performing company in the world cost me 95.86 of heartache and time. The threat of hurting my credit score was the only reason I paid and I had no defense against their big company.
