Att Wireless - Att Wireless predatory billing practices
I originally signed up for Cingular wireless and was under the impression that Att had aquired Cingular?. I am still unclear on this matter, however, since this aquisition i have had nothing but problems with Att. in most cases it involved predatory billing practices and as had been mentioned in the news reports no option to nullify our contracts. My contract with Att was eventually canceled and i was charged around 150.00 per phone (4 phones) just for doing so. Although this may be considered legal it didnt seem right and i am now being hounded by creditors for this money. If i have any legal recourse any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. this is only a partial copy of an e-mail i sent to a law firm inquiring about taking further action against Att. I have not made any committments yet though.
