Washington Mutual Bank - would not give me my money when I desparately needed it. Jennifer Drisdom Mgr. Could have made a
Ive been banking with washington Mutual for many years and on May 21st I made a 200 deposit and then I then was in a situation that I required my money back but only 100.00 of it and the bank Mgr. Jennifer Drisdom, woulde not make an exception. I explained to her that I needed the money for an incident that had suddenly accured and would she please make an exception, she would not even consider my situation and acted like she was playing god with my money. I plan on changing banks but before I do so, I want this person to be repremanded for causing me such anquish and dispare. This whole incident made me a total nervous wreck and I am still shaken up. Please let everyone know that Washington mutual hires people who are cold hearted individuals who are using your money and getting rich off of you and if you dare to ask for your money back, they treat you like you are beneath them.
