Shipping Cars GL Enterprise,, LLC - Shipping Cars GL has not delivered my car at the destination after 20 days
I contacted GLfor shipping my car from Jacksonville to Saratoga in April last week. GL sent me a note that they have contracted Shipping cars to transport my vehicle with a pick up date of 53 and a target delivery date of 510. I contacted Ben at Shipping cars and Chris (904-704-7139) picked up the car on 53 at 6:30 PM local time. He also told us that he had to pick up some cars in Miami and head to Northern California with an estimated delivery of 5 - 7 calendar days. When I contacted him on 58, Chris told me that he is delivering cars in Los Angeles and can't deliver it on Thursday as mentioned earlier but will deliver on Monday or Tuesday (512 or 513). I have not received the car as of today. When I contact him I hear the same excuse. When I insisted on a target delivery, he started using foul language. Contacting GL has also not helped much. Fred at GL has admitted that it is taking unusually long time. Meanwhile, my daughter is using taxi for last five days. I would appreciate any help from you in this regard to put an end to this nightmare. GL has a website. http:www.gandlenterprisellc.com
