Citysearch - internet company
I found my business name posted on Citysearch web page, I never asked to be put there, they have a feature where people can click and give their opinon of your business, as a result of this I find people are putting nasty things about me and my family personally, things that can cause us harm, I asked Citysearch to remove me from their listings and they said no and I would have to pay them money to be considered to be removed, I have made numerous calls and they just ignore me, meanwhile there are nasty things about my personal life which has nothing to do with my business, I feel this is a violation of my rights. Can someone help me with this matter against this big company?
