Hotel Extended Studio,, Comfort Inn Hilton Home Garden Inn - Discrimination Falsly Accused

I was currently a member as a Diamond holder for the Hilton Home Gardens also a frequent customer to the Extended Studio and have spent thousands of dollars to use these facilities as a second home for myself for business and personnal matters. Upon staying at these facilities I have never felt so degrated and humiliated by the management of these facilities. I had stayed at the Extended Studio for approximately 29 days in which i was told that someone made reservations and me and my family had to be removed to one of the manager's other hotels right across that she had also managed called Comfort Inn Suites. At that time we had moved into there we were told we could no longer stay at the Extended Studio due to damages. Now the same manager had sent my family over to the Comfort Inn that she had managed why if she stated to her staff we made or caused damages. Now at the Comfort Inn the police was called and my children were removed from room due to the fact they stated there was damages the children had stolen towels, sheets, blankets and also fixtures of lights and so forth were damaged. The manager had then took it upon herself to red flag my name throughout the whole high desert area and banded us from any hotel in area by sending and calling warning these facilities.. The facts are that my children where boys that were very large boys whom could be mistaken as men.... They wear typical white t-shirts with baseball hats everyday. There image was not proper for the hotels image and we were told that by some staff members whom knew of us and we never caused any problems or trouble.. Now for the manager Allison Cooper whom had took matters into her own hands and slandered my name across the high desert should be ashamed of herself and for her information my boys did graduate from high school and some are in college on scholarships...I refuse to spend any more money at these facilities as long as she is under management. I have called the Shiva Management Group whom is the corporate office for these facilities and I have not received any response what so ever. I refuse for someone to pass judgement on my family or my name and feel that she has such power over us. Now the Hilton Home Garden refuses to let us stay after these alligations have been brought to there attention by the hotel manager Allison Cooper. I am pretty sure they have cameras in these facilities that will bring justice to my family for being singled out but also my reputation as a small business owner whom's ethnic background is black. I feel very humiliated because as a person of color I have never complained nor passed any judgements amongst anyone. I refuse to have my children be subjected to this type of treatment when I as a parent, father, and strong minded business owner am teaching my children how to become someone successful and then get this type of slander...
