directv - satelite reciever boxes automatic contract extension
Directv has charged me for 2 receiver boxes, I ordered replacements in Jan. 08 because the boxes went bad, this was after my 2 year contract was up on 1 of the dvr boxes, the other box I owned before I went to direct tv. the DVR that I recieved from directv I paid a 99.00 fee for the box in 2004contract. so this company entered me into another 2 year contract without my consent or knowledge.

Violation Of Fair Indian Traders Act Of 1896
I have submitted paperwork against Direct TV to our Tribal Government that Direct TV is in violation of the Fair Indian Traders Act of 1896 doing business in Indian Territories without such license.
I am a resident upon a Indian Reservation in NW Montana. It came to light when Direct TV would not take care of my concerns and when it came to a head they would not send the boxes to ship the recivers back. All I have recived is threats from their credit dept.
If you're also a victim of this company, then submit your own directv complaint letter
