Law Offices Of Mitchel N. Kay - T-mobile Bill?
Almost a year ago.. i got a letter from the offices of Mitchell N.Kay saying that if i pay half of my phone bill from t-mobile den my record in credit will be cleared of.. i admit i owe t-mobile some money.. so i told them that i will pay 100 for now and the rest will be on my next paycheck.. but they refuse to accept my payment.. so i decided to pay them through check money.. every month i would either send 20-30 dollars. i started paying them since november 2, 2007. but i was wondering why i didn't get my bill last month.. so i called them up and they told me i already paid my bill for the month of april.. i look through my check and i couldn't find any check for them in the month of april. the last check i wrote was march 29, 2008. the guy i spoke to in the phone told me that i paid in the month of april 7.. i was. and he told me that i'm going to get a bill on may 5. up until now i didn't get a letter yet.. i keep calling me and they keep telling me the same thing.. so i decide to search through the net i read all the complaints against this company.. i just want my credit to be cleared off so i'm trying to pay all my debts.. now i also got a letter from NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEM and this time its from capitol one.. should i pay my debt to them? i'm kinda scared to pay now.. please help me up.. ( i'm just trying to build my credit again..
