Diversified Collection Services - Garnishment,, and income tax hold
Two years ago, DCS started garnishment of my wages. They receive approximately 120.00 every 2 weeks from me. They are also garnishing, my income tax returns. I am on the edge of bankruptcy, however the one thing that I need to file bankruptcy on the student loans, cannot be filed on. DCS contacted me about 2 years ago, and wanted me to send them a one time payment of 25,000.-- and then make payments on the remainder. If I had that much money at any one time, I would have felt rich. When I tried to explain to the person that I did'nt have it, he suggested that I should borrow it from my family. When I explained that they did not have that kind of money, then he said my wages would be garnished, and they would get it any way. I am filing forms with Department of Education, when I started school, I was 35 years old, and did not have a Diploma, or a GED , Nor was any test given to me to see if I could benefit from the education.

Garnishment Of Wages
I was in default of my student loan. I finally started making some money, and I also have 2 children in College. I submitted all my ducmentation to DCS and also gave my work numbers so I would be contacted for the hearing. I am now being garnished over 700.00 per month from my paychecks. I cannot even live from payday to payday. My bills are piling up, they are going to repossess my car, what do I do. I offered to pay 350.00 per month but DCS would not agree, how can I get some help.
