Tax Express inc. - being charged for companys'' error
After company electronically filed my income tax for 2005,I was told in writing with all the figures and nunbers that my tax return would be 3,319.00.A week later the company told me that IRS could not take my application until Feb 1st.because certain education forms was not availible.On Feb 2,my application was submitted by this company to the IRS for 2,214.00.This company did not put my student loans on my tax return or other items of receipts i gave them.I was told my receipts would not make a difference.When I made the company aware of the problem,they admitted to me it was their fault,but i would still have to pay an ammendment fee(30.00) to receive the rest of my money.And somehow I was caharged160.00 for their service.rapid fee,but didnt get all rapid,partially.
