SHEEZ CONVEINT STORE - INJUSTICED AS A CUSTOMERHARRESSMENT
APRIL 1 2008 I Peggy Yates SEND MY GRAND DAUGHTER INTO SHEEZ CONVEINT STORE TO BUY MY SISTER WHO IS 66 YRS OLD, A PACK OF CIGARETTE SHE HAD HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE WHICH SHE TRY SHOW THE CLERK THAT SHE WAS OF AGE BUT SHE KNEW SHE NEEDED HER ID WHICH WAS LOST BUT SHE IS 18.
OK THE CLERK WOULD NOT SALE MY GRAND DAUGHTER SADE THE CIGARETTE BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT CONDENTIAL , BUT SHE WAS OLD ENOUGH TO BUY THE CIGARETTE , SO SHE CAME BACK OUT TO THE CAR WERE HER COUSIN AND I WAS SITTING EXPLAIN SHE DO NOT HAVE HER ID SO THE CLERK WOULD NOT SALE THE CIGARETTE TO HER..
SO I GO INTO SHEETZ STORE AND I’M 51 YRS OF AGE TO BUY THE CIGARETTE AND SHOW MY ID BUT THE CLERK AMY START ACCUSING ME OF TRY TO BUY CIGARETTE FOR A MINOR AND SHE STATED I’M NOT SELLING TO U EITHER AND SHE WOULDN’T EVEN LET ME SHOW MY ID.
I ASK FOR HER MANGER AND AFTER EXPLAIN TO AMEY I DO NOT SMOKE AND NEITHER DO MY GRANDDAUGHTER SADE, WHERE AS I SHOULD NOT HAD TO EXPLAIN THIS TO HER, WELL SHE WAS NOT HEARING NOTHING I WAS SAYING, ANYWAY.
THEN HER SUPERVISOR OR HER MANAGER COME OUT AND AMEY WALKS UP TO HER AND WHISPER TO HER AND THE SUPERVISOR TURN TO ME AND STATE WE NOT SELLING YOU ANY CIGARETTE EITHER BECAUSE YOU TRYING TO BUY FOR THE YOUNG LADY THAT JUST LEFT OUT OF HER.
I STATED MY GRAND DAUGHTER DO NOT SMOKE AND I DON’T SMOKE I I HAVE MY ID AND THESE CIGARETTE ARE FOR MY SISTER SHE STILL WOULD NOT TAKE MY ID OR SELL ME THE CIGARETTE THEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR MANAGER SONNY AND HE WOULD NOT SELLING THEM TO ME EITHER @ THIS POINT I WAS VERY UP SET AND FELT SINGLE OUT AND RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER VIOLATED.
I CALL THE CLAIM DEPARTMENT AND LEFT A MSG AND AS OF TO DAY NO ONE HAS CALL ME BACK. I CALL SHEEZ CONVEINT STORE 4-18-08 AND TALK TO JIMMY A NEW STORE MANGER AND I ASK FOR THE OTHER STORE MANGER SONNY AND HE STATE THEY SEND SONNY AWAY FOR 3 WEEKS. BUT HE APOLOGIZE FOR NO ONE CALLING ME BACK AND APOLOGIZE TWO OTHER TIME AND THAT HE WILL CALL ME BACK TO NIGHT OR HAVE DISTRICT MG CALL ME BACK.. WHAT WILL THIS SOLVE OTHER THEN WHY THIS HAPPEN AND I GET TO COMPLAIN THAT THIS HAPPYEN TO ME AND IS APOLOGIZING ENOUGH?
