I am disappointed about the service offer to me, I place a order by phone DTV has a deal on the internet 1dvr free, 4 boxes free and 12 month of HBO and show time free for 39.99 and 10 dollar off for one year. when the technician came on 04042008 to installed the service he only has the 4 receiver and show time in his paper work, I called customer services to complain and cancel the service, they explain to me that the first person who placed the order didn't included the DVR in the package but because I was canceling the order they was going to send the DVR at no cost for me to keep the services, they told me someone was going to called me in 24hours to install the DVR ; today 4072008 no one has called me and I called again customer service to cancel because of the long waiting for then to called me, I spoke to 3 different person they told me different explanation about the cancellation process and no of then were not right. they are going to charge me for the early cancellation.
I do not agree with then.
