Fuller Law Office Greg J. Fuller - Unprofessional behavior and Bad Billing
My compalint is that this attory did not have any contact with me or th eclient I had planned on retaining him for once his receptionist took my 1500.00, then when the case resolved itself and I called to tell him I would not need attorney service he refused to give back my retainer billed me for services he did not provided at a rate 125 more then what he originally stated. He even mailed a letetr stating that talking to me was irrelevent and he researched what he wanted because he knew what was best about a case he did not have any facts on. He never met the client, never contacted the client and never had anything in writting to due anything on this case but still refuses to give me back my money. I have so much documentation on this dishonest attory and would love to share with anyone who is truel interested
