ATT Cingular - cell phone
att cinular merged and they was raising the bar on service if you was with cingular, however they was putting att customers thru the ringer lowering your service capability. charging you for this and that you could keep a7t if you could find a phone that would work on att. I got so frustrated I finally talked to somebody who worked for cingular that I know and they said that cingular was trying to force you to convert to them, This was not the first time I had been hosed by them. I was a customer with Southwestern Bell who became Cingular and I had a unlimited plan for 99.99 plus tax. I was under a contract at taht time but they changed price to 149.99 and never informed you of that. They also started charging you for roaming this fee that fee which you was not charged for before. Then they charged you for cancelling service. I never quite figured how they could change contract but you was not able to. Ron Goodwin 816-863-0378 have had this number since 1992. Iam now with Sprint.
