Royal Holiday aka Park Royal - Breech of Contract-Refuse to Refund Deposit
On Feb. 19, 08 in Cosemel ,Mexico we reluctantly entered into a tenative sales agreement with an International Resort Co. After we had been subjected to a long high pressured sales program and after we had said no. We were promised a free two day stay at the Park Royal Resort 'at no risk, because of the five day cancellation provision in our agreement'. After much pleading by the sales people we agreed. Ater two days we submitted our letter of cancellation following all of the steps required. We had put a 2645. deposit on our Visa card with them but were told it would not be processed if we decieded to cancell. Then we learned the latter was false. They had charged us as soon as we signed the reciept. Now Royal Resorts aka Travel Experience is refusing to refund and refusing to allow our cancellation. www.park-royalhotels.com, ecenter@royal-holiday.com. The latter is the main headquarters in Florida.
