Washington Mutual Mortgage - Motgage Payments
WAMU has once again said that we owe an enormous amount of money to them. I have hired an attorney. We have been to court numerous times on the same issue. They bought out our previous mortgage company Long Beach, and we were the last to know. Every since they have said we are behind in payments and late fees. At the present WAMU has fired there old attorney after dismessing the first lawsuit aginst us. Dismissed with Prejudice. I just relalized today that means that they can file agsin aginst you, as they have done. They have hired a new attorney to refile the dame case. I have been forced to file Bankruptcy and still they have hounded me about the same time every year, October and December. I have paid over ten thousand dollars to them as well as paying back 20,000 in a Chapter 13. We have presented paper work each time that tells them that i do not owe 19,000 dollars. Apparentley people complain, but no action has been taken against this company. Is there no recource. I have paid big bucks to my Bankruptcy attorney in excess of the fee to do the Banckruptcy. So once again i will be back paying my attorney for WAMU shoddey bookkeeping and untrained personnel. No one has the same story when you call. They wait for months before that notify you that you are supposidley seliquent.
