ATT wireless phone - cell phone is overbilling me
I had an account with the cell phone company in 1998. I had my services turned off in 1999 for not paying the bill. There is a judgment for 2,046. on my credit report and my bank account frozen and well as my child support payments and income tax refund. I need help. I never received a summons to appear in court and the collections agency received the judgment by default.
