dollar general - need to find out how to join in on lawsuit.
i was also a dollar general manager working 60 to 80 hours a week and not getting paid for overtime. i would like to know how to enter the lawsuit against dollar general corporation. my time with my family is gone and i can't get it back, i had no other managers they didn't care and did not help out, i also did not get my full vacation that i earned in the three years that i worked, and i have another lawsuit that i would like to place against them for slander and deplimation of character, they ran my name into the ground because i gave a two week notice, actually a 16 day notice, to them because i found another job.

I was a 2 year employee, actually a store manager for Dollar Tree. I was expected to work 60-80 hours a week..sometimes 2-3 weeks would go by and I still had not had 1 single day off. You where actually degraded in front of peoplie by the District Managers and higher up personnel if you said anything about working 3 weeks in a row without a day off..or the many weeks of open to close without a break. Upper management did not care. This was in Winston Salem North carolina
