I was trying to refinance my home. I had 70,000 plus of equity in my home. They told me not to pay the present mortgage company, that they were going to give me a better deal. I just wanted to play catch up and put new floors and a new refrigerator. They told me that they were getting papers for me to sign and at the same time, same day, that they told me everything was going to be okay...I was served with papers to get out of my house. I had five days to get out of my home. I had invested everything in my home. I was trying to be independant and not ask for charity from my family. I am a widow this April of three years. I had part of the money to pay Saxton, which use to be Novastar, which use to be Metropolitian. None of this would have occured, If I could have gotten straight answers and help from each one of these companies. My daughter and I now live in a 700.00 a month apartment and our belongings are in storage which is over 400 plus all the other expenses. I have the title to my SUV, a 20,000 vechicle. I had motorcyles to liquidate....I had options to raise the cash if I had not made the mistake with using Fidelity from Ft. Myers, Florida.

I also would like to file a class action law suit against a Dentist here in pensacola...some of the debt that I owe after a nightmare of experience having to go to another Dentist to repair his work...we are talking thousands.

I lost my mind after my husband passed away. He was my soulmate. It broke my heart into a million pieces...I have been taken advantage of, lied to and just down stolen from. But...I need to fight these idiots and whatever I can do. If I can get some money that would be great...because my daughter are struggling in the worse way. But at this point I just want revenge.

My husband died in my garage. (7131 Baysprings Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32506). My daughter and I was with him. Just a few months prior he had a clean bill of health from the Navy. Also...Aflec would not give a 5000.00 policy to me because his civilian doctor did not sign the Death Certificate ( Dr.Robert Kincaid MD address: 6715 Hwy.98, Pensacola, Florida 32506 telephone 850-453-6737). Why have I not went to this doctor, believe me I've wanted to...actually I've spun out in the parking lot in my husband's truck a couple of times...Honestly I don't really trust my self on how I would react face to face with him...The death certificate from the Navy is suspicious...I did receive insurance money from the Navy...but it didn't last long, debts, burial, etc.

Also, he had been using Zoloft to help. His mother was terminal cancer in Illinois. We were computing back and forth.

With any of the information I've given you...am I just a loss cause...You take what you will....We need medical insurance and I need life insurance to leave for an inheritance for my daughter. Please do not bother me if you do not think that I have a real chance at any of this....I can't take much more. Sincerely, Lisa A. Butler
