ATT Cingular Phone - Cell Phone Co. Turned off phone But wants to bill me for services still will phone was not being use
I was late on making my payment so They shut my phone off. But I did make payment I will admit it was late. But they still did not turn it back on and so I could not use my phone then they sent me a bill for 466.66. So now I called them and asked them why I even have a bill? They said Because I cancelled my service and I told them they shut me off for being late one time but I still made my payment so they should not have shut me off then they said because I cancelled my service I had to pay this amount now. I feel I should not have to pay that amount when I could not use the phone because they turned it off before I cancelled my service I would have kept the service if they would not have shut my phone off. Can you help me?
