Centennial Wireless - BAD SERVICEBEING RIPPED OFF
I opened two accounts with Centennial wireless. I bought a phone for myself and for my wife. The plans I purchased was called an Advantage Plan. We were told that it was 'simple' and only 60 dollars a month, and our billing date would be on the 27th of every month. This plan works kind of like a pre-paid plan. Centennial deducts approx. 1.92 a day from our phones, which equal out to be 60.00 a month. We have 400 anytime minutes each, free incoming, free centennial to centennial calls, and free weekends. Now, the problem is, my phone has been shut off at least 6 times within the past 3-4 months. Why? I was told a different story every time. I have been shut off on the 28th and 29th, and sometimes the 30th of the month!!! Reason? I dont know!! Each time I go, I am told about another 'rule' of the plan, and charged 45.00 every time!!!! If the minutes go back on, on the 27th, then why am I being shut off on the 29th, 30th, and so forth. Centennial does not give you a detailed descritpion in writing of this plan, it is just sort of like, 'oh yeah, we didnt tell you that part of it' (the plan). So, every time my phone is shut off, they have a new reason for why it is being shut off!!! I have been ripped off by this company several times, and I am sick and tired of it!!! I am making them rich, and I have to have my phone for my business. Recently, I was just told that they can turn my phone off if it does not have a balance of at least 15, that cant be true, because right now as I am writing this complaint, my wifes phone has 1.83 balance and it is still in service, but my phone was shut off last week and it had 7.00 on it, AND IT WAS AFTER THE 27TH!!!!!! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? THEY CANT EVEN EXPLAIN IT, AND THEY CLAIM THEY DONT SHOW ANY RECORD OF WHAT I HAD ON MY PHONE!! HOWEVER, THEY ARE ABLE TO TELL ME EVERY SINGLE CHARGE THEY THINK I SHOULD PAY!! SO HOW CAN THEY NOT TELL ME THAT THEY CANT TELL WHAT BALANCE I HAD!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH, AND I WANT SOME KIND OF ACTION BROUGHT AGAINST THEM FOR RIPPING EVERYONE OFF!!!! SO PLEASE, EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE SPEAK OUT, AND LETS MAKE CENTENNIAL PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE!!!!
