Palm Beach Toyota - Deceptive practices
When I purchased a car from Palm Beach Toyota, they included my trade-in in the agreed upon purchase price rather that crediting this amount.
I contacted them just to let them know that I was aware of this. They became very responsive and defensive (denying my observation). As a result, they smoothed things over by giving me 6 coupons for oil changes and explained that these are 29-minute oil changes. The first oil change took a few hours but they said this was because I did not have an appointment. I made an appointment for the next oil change and showed up on time. The wait was projected to be two and a half hours. I talked to a few managers, getting no where until leaving after having wasted an hour with no result. I no longer trust Palm Beach Toyota, and have no intention of ever buying from them again. They are very good at what they do, I just don't care for what they do.
