I opened an ebay account to sell for a drop shipping site (Doba). I gave all the information required of me including credit card, bank account information. I verified this information by using there step to verify I was the owner of these accounts as well as verifying my residence. I started setting up auctions with my drop ship merchandise and the ads ran for well over a week, items started to sell and payments were being made through paypal, then wham...All my accounts were closed all my ads were pulled off ebay, my sales stopped in the middle with people paying, they froze my accounts with money in them that I cannot access. they give me this bogus generic email that really tells me no reason as to why they closed my account. Just a bunch of jumble as to Serious violations of eBay's Rules and Policies, which I have not violated or commited anything against the rules. They are demanding additional information which I have provided, things like Social Sec Number, Utility bills, Driverse liscence, suppliers...Can they do this? I have already verified all this info when I set up my account how can they now decide they need all this additional info and just hault everything>? I mean Im going to get negative feedback as well as this hurts me now as a seller...Even if they do give the account back they have hurt my status..so even if I come back and set a new account Im gonna have the same hassel? Why dont they get all this info first and also can they just do this to random people? Isnt this descimination? Also in the mean time They are just holding MY money for items I sold, how can they do that? Im just suppose to wait till they get their head outta their rears and ask for this stuff before someone starts to sell? I see other new sellers with accounts and I dont see them seizing up there accounts.. I want my account reopended, I feel I deserve and apology and compensation for the hassel they have caused me and sales I lost because of them, I had items selling when they suspended this account.

I have had my paypal account for more than a year now, and have been verified in every way possible. I reciently recieved a 1000 deposit into my account, and BAM, they Limit my account access!! The only step that needs to be completed is the verification of my address which has been done THREE times and have 2 verified addresses. I called and they said that It would be taken care of within 24 hours. I desperately need to withdraw my funds for MEDICAL reasons, and I cant do anything.
