acromed - pedicle screw settlement
I had pedicule screws that broke in my spine and the company that mammed these pts grossly misinformed the public as well as patients and victims of this painful experience most people are in wheelchairs because of this the screws were meant to be used in knee surgery and were being used in backfusions. i heard massachustess is where the lawsuit originated . i had this surgery in 1995 and to date i have been a duragesic fentlayl patch for pain and cannot work gainfully forced on social securtiy disability. can anyone get back to me on possible money damages for doing this and not even informing the people or patients it has disabled grossly. lcorbitt1@cox.net
