US Dept. of Education and DCS,,,,,,,, Inc. (Diversified Collection Services) - Harassment
I have been a victim of horrible business practices by DCS collection agency. Having the company personally insult me, continually call me, and assault my mailbox is my own fault. I know that I need to repay my defaulted student loan. However, DCS is now calling my former next door neighbor. I am in no position to repay at the moment. I wish that I was more financially viable. But to have the company harass my former neighbor to get to me. I don't even know my neighbor's last name and DCS is slandering me in my old neighborhood. DCS is a private agency that purchased a debt for pennies on the dollar. That does not give them carte blanche to slander my name. My credit rating continues to suffer due to my outstanding debt. That does not mean that my personal life should be under attack by an organization such as DCS. I would love to take further action against DCS.
