I PAID THIS SHIPPING COMPANY TO TRANSPORT MY VEHICLE FROM TEXAS TO NEW JERSEY,WHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED THE RADIO WAS STOLEN OUT OF IT.THIS HAPPENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE SHIPPING COMPANYS POSSESSION.NOW THEY DONT WANT TO REPLACE THE RADIO,ALL I AM GETTING IS A MAJOR RUN AROUND FROM THEM.(DEPENDABLE AUTO SHIPPERS)THIS RADIO WAS A PIONEER AVHP5700DVD,VERY EXPENSIVE RADIO AND WITHOUT IT MY STEREO IN THE VEHICLE IS INOPERATABLE.THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.THEY SAY THAT BECAUSE I DID NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE FROM THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.BUT ONE OF THIER EMPLOYEES STOLE MY RADIO THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE .CAN YOU PLEASE HELP.
