sprint - bought out contract; still billing me

I paid the two bills to get out of this company and they are still sending me a bill. when i go to the Sprint place they tell me that my phone number is no longer in there system, so they can't help me.where can I write to them and send them all my paper work? thanks, carol

I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE OUT HERE THAT IS MAD AT SPRINT FOR THE WAY I RECIEVED A BILL FOR TIME THAT I COULDENT HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR AND I CAN PROVE THIS BECAUSE THEY OVER CHARGED ME ..WHEN I COULDENT USE THEIR PHONE'S I HAVE..
