Royal Resort in Las Vegas - Fault Advertising
Royal Resort advertised a 40-story tower to be built to attract people into buying its timehares. Five years later, there is no plan for a tower to be built and no refund or compensation offered by Royal Resort. The victims of Royal Resort scam either give up and walk away from their timeshares, or continue paying the maintenance fees (400-500) each year in order to hope for the best that they will resell their timeshares. I am one the victims. I purchased my studio five years ago. This is the Royal Resort in Las Vegas, Royal Suites, managed by Trading Places.

Royal Resort Scam
I too was scammed by Royal Resorts, Las Vegas. I tried to contact them numerous times just to make reservations, they would not answer the phones or I let a message. No one would call back. I am away from home working, 2 weeks I went home, and found in my mail a letter stating a lawsuit has been filed against Royal Resorts. However, I was past the deadline of 91807 to take part in the suit. It was clear if we did not respond by that day, we would not be included.
