SPRINT PCS - over billing abusive purposeful

I had the same problems consistently with Sprint PCS. It took longer to stay on hold to fix the problem than the few dollars they were clearly over-billing on EVERY statement. I think they know that if they get a couple of dollars each month from how many million customers... then that is a few million free dollars each month in their pocket.

I was never on contract, but pre-pay with three phones. When I stopped paying and allowed my service to get disconnected because the over billing was getting to be too much to deal with, they charged me 300.oo for Each Phone for breaking a contract that I never had!! I was on prepay. When I called frustrated, the operator acted as though I was encumbering him and immediately put my account through to 'outside collections' because my 'attitude was bad', he said. That is abusive adn wrong. It is strong arming money out of people because they control if and how we can cummunicate the problem to them.
