Broadway Photo - Ignored my order cancelation emailper website info.
On 121806 I ordered a Sony KDL-4052010 40' LCD TV for 1500.94 via Braodway Photo's website. One of their rep's called to tell me that I needed an additional 1499.01 in components to make the TV work. When they failed to send me an email confirming the add-on's, similar the the original order confirmation, I got suspicious. On 122006 I sent them an email demanding detailed explanation of the order add-ons or that they cancel my order. I used the contact instructions on their https:www.bwayphoto.comthankyou.asp which stated 'If you have any questions or concerns please email us at orders@bwayphoto.com.
They ignored my email, attempted to deliver the TV on 123006 (which I refused) and then deducted 300.00 from my refund for 'restocking charges.'
I followed their website instructions and should not be chraged 300.00 for their refusal to follow their own onscreen policies. I want my money back. BBB was useless. Please help us. I'm per, anently disabled living on fixed income. We just cannot afford to lose that much money.
