As a business owner I should be allowed to decide if I want smoking in my restaurant or not. The government is infringing on my civil rights as a person and as a business owner..We as smokers and business owner need to stand up and say:WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS SITTING DOWN'

I am a smoker, and I have seen businesses fail due to this new ruling. Its highly unfortunate for this to have happened. But in the places that most smoking takes place, you shouldn't bring your kids, grandma with asthma, you know, the obvious! Keep on standing up for you believe in and smokers across the country will support you!
