IDT- Phone serivice - Refund of my money due to me
I had sent in a deposit of 2.000.00 for future services,i like to pay ahead of time in case money is short. In october of 2005 i closed my service with IDT phone services,and went to a local provider beacuse i purchased a computer and they didnt have Internet services. I have been calling IDT several times for my refund check, not only have i talked to several reps, but i have talked to many supervisors, including the refund department on many occasions regarding my refund balance of almost 1700.00.I have been told everything by everybody at IDT,they were blaming each other over not putting my refund order in correctly, all the way to saying your refund check is in the mail,i have heard every possible explanation, and its almost february of 2006,and i still dont have my refund. I wont even talk about their services,thats a whole new subject.
