PANASONIC - MICROWAVE OVEN
I purchased a Panasonic Model NN-s951BF on 12012003 at Sams Wholesale Club. The unit stopped working due to a defective keypad. I contacted the company and they stated the unit was not defective. I take care of my electronics with care, and if you look at the unit, it looks almost brand new. I know the unit has a defective componet and I know of others who also had identical problems with the unit. I need to get a resolution on this matter.
