Dell - wont replace refurbished axim for new
i purchased an Axm X51 handheld from Dell. I also have a warranty. This unit has been replaced at least 3 times,not with a NEW unit a refurbished. The very 1st time it had to be replaced was within days of receiving the NEW Axim, which did not work. I have email, echat and called to please replace with a new Axim. They are no longer making this unit. So I asked if they could replace with a comparable unit. NO. Would they at least extend the warranty, mine ends in less than 150 days. I was told I could purchase an extended warranty. No one will work with me. I paid over 400.00 for this unit. I purchased 1006. I believe I should have received a new unit or one of comparable value after so many failures.
