Bidfuel.com - Overbilling me
Took a 14 day trial at Bidfuel on March 13 was suppose to receive all this free information. Received none of it.
Cancelled the 14 day trial before it expired on March21. On April 3rd my credit card was charged 39.95 for membership to bidfuel. Called company got a person who did not speak english nor did they understand what I was saying. Emailed the company no response.
April 7 was charged again 39.95. Called the company same problem they could not speak english. Emailed the company no response.
Called my credit card company, they told me this was a recurring charge and I could dispute the payment but it was going to take some time. Try and call the company again.
On April 26 I was charged yet again 39.95. This time I emailed the company told them to cancele this account immediatly and that it was canceled on March 21. Before the 14 day trial ended and thay had no right charging me 39.95. April 30 today I called this company yet again to get a very irrigate man. Who told me they did not charge my credit card 3x in one month and that I was lieing.
He said they credit my credit card 39.95 on April 24th. And I did not cancel this account until today. April 30th.
And I asked him if that was the case then why did they credit me 39.95 on the 24th and he said because I canceled the account. And I said yes your right I did cancel the account, but you just told me I just canceled it today? He could not answer my question. He told me to fax a copy of my credit card statement with all charges on it from Bidfuel. But it took him 3 x's of putting me on hold to give me the fax number. So I don't know if this number is legitate. If it is I will gladly send him a copy of my bill. But he did not say who to send the fax to for attention. Please some one help me get my money back and put this company out of business.
