DELL COMPUTERS - INSPIRON 9400 LAPTOP
I RECENTLY ORDERED A ( NEW ) DELL LAPTOP FROM DELL. WHEN MY COMPUTER CAME, I NOTICE THAT IT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY OWNED . IT STILL HAD THE HISTORY OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER ON IT AND HAD DIRTY MOVIES STILL ON IT.
THE MEDIA CARD READER WAS BROKEN AND THE WIRELESS INTERNET DIDNT WORK ON IT EITHER. IT WAS REAL SLOW DOING ANY TYPE OF PROCEDURES ON IT.
AFTER TALKING TO SIX PEOPLE FROM INDIA, THAT DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL, I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE UP ON TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT. I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE THAT WAS AMERICAN AND COULD SPEAK ENGLISH. I TALKED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AND DELL DID REPLACE MY COMPUTER.
BUT WHAT WORRIES ME IS HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE ARE THEY SENDING THESE REFURBISH COMPTERS TO WHEN THEY HAVE PAID FOR A NEW ONE LIKE I DID AND GOT SOMEONE ELSES PROBLEM COMPUTER.
I FELL THIS IS FRAUD ON DELLS PART AND THIS ISSUE NEEDS ADDRESSING. I PAID OVER 1400.00 FOR MY COMPUTER AND IF I WASNT SOMEWHAT COMPUTER LITERATE, I WOULD OF NEVER KNOWN IT WAS A USED ONE.
I FEEL DELL OWES ME A APOLIGY AND A COMPLETE REFUND AND A NEW COMPUTER FOR ALL THE HASSLE I HAD TO GO THROUGH WITH THEM. I SPENT OVER 20 HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THIS SITUATION CLEARED UP, AND LOST SLEEP AND WORK TIME FROM THIS.
