I have acopy of hte email, I sent to this company, just asking them for the stock symbol, they have for their stock. I was interested in maybe buying some it, with my husband. I just asked, if they could pleaw send me the stock symbol and thanked them for their time. What I received, from the Chief Financial Oficer was this, exactly: Yes we have stock shares available but you would have to provide us with your and ypur husband's profile. This would include ner worth, investment experience, height, weight, race, religion, your measurements and any INTIMATE PHOTO you might want to share. I have his name and all this, copied along with the note I sent to the company, just wanting stock symbol information.
I tried to talk with them about 3 times, but got told that I cooul leavea voice mail for the Chief Officer, who now they say he has retired, in just the last 2 weeks, and I got tol that I was harrassing them, because I told them that if they should look into the letter I have and repremand the person. Asking for such things as height,weight,race and religion, but, most of all any Intimat Photos, is uncalled for, from any Compnay!! I let the local FBI know about it, but they said that all I could do, was maybe file a Civil case law suit. I just want htis particular person to be held accountable for his actions. If he does this at home, hard telling what else he does. I can't control his home behavior, but this is unethical in the work place, especailly when sent through an email to another person, just wanting general information. As I said, I have a copy of what I asked and what reply he sent to me, as well as the company email and his name! Plwease let me know, if I have any case.
